It's always cheaper to maintain your roof and make repairs when necessary rather than replace it. Sometimes minor roof damage can be fixed with a few nails and shingles; other times, the damage is severe enough to compromise the whole roof and needs replacement. We can send an inspector to examine your roof and provide an estimate.

Asphalt shingle roofs generally last 20-30 years. If you see any of the following signs of damage, you should replace your roof:

Claims can be confusing and complicated. As part of our support, we can educate you to make sure you're prepared to ask the right questions and get the support you need.

We offer free roof inspections and estimates. If you notice leaks or other problems on your roof, or if you are concerned about its age, don't hesitate to reach out to us for an honest and professional roof assessment.

Roofing and general contractors are not required to have licenses in Oklahoma, but they must be registered. To become registered and obtain the equivalent of an Oklahoma roofing or general contractors license, Oklahoma requires proof of workers' compensation and liability insurance.

Armor Roofing & Fencing carries both workers' compensation and general liability insurance.

When unanticipated situations arise during the course of a project and items on your project require extra labor, materials, or both, not covered in the original scope of work, the scope of work may change. We issue change orders when this happens.

On the other hand, you can also issue change orders if you wish to add, remove, or change the type of work in the original estimate. Change orders like these can either be invoices or credits, and are added to or subtracted from the final invoice.

We will never take advantage of you when we draft a change order. Change orders are calculated the same way as original estimates. Please note that change orders also affect the project timeline.

At this time we do not accept credit card payments. Only cash or checks are accepted.

During our first meeting, you can tell us where we should not place equipment or use for foot traffic. A roofing or construction job is messy before it is completed. However, we respect your property by cleaning up the work area as we complete the job. Our crews are extremely professional, so the only indication that they were there is the beautiful new roof or the newly remodeled area.

When you work with Armor Roofing and Fencing you have peace of mind.  We offer a (1) year transferable workmanship warranty on all our fencing and a (7) year transferable workmanship warranty on all our roofs. Contact us for more details.
